Please do not send any item back without receiving approval from our support team.
📩 How to Request a Return or Refund
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

- Wait for our team to review your request and send you a confirmation with approval.
- After approval, we will provide a return shipping label or instructions on how to ship the product back.
- Return the item to the address provided by our support team. Returns sent without approval may be rejected.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as “final sale” or discounted clearance items
- Gift cards
- Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage
- Items missing original packaging or components
- Products labeled as non-returnable on their product page
💶 Refunds & Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please request a return and then place a new order for the desired item.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or free return as needed.

After your return request is approved, we will provide the full return shipping address. Do not ship items back without approval.
🌍 EU Customers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Customers located in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. The item must still meet the same condition requirements (unused, original packaging, etc.) to qualify for a refund.
